Beyond the role

I love my family, love golf, and have a long-standing fascination with how complex systems come together to feel simple in practice..

That curiosity shows up everywhere — in how spaces influence behavior, and in how tools and processes shape everyday work. I’m drawn to patterns, constraints, and the invisible decisions that shape outcomes.

Outside of work, that same mindset shows up in small pursuits: refining a golf swing, building something brick-by-brick with LEGO, or (currently) trying to stay undefeated in Mario Kart against my kids.

Staying focused

Photography is one of the ways I slow things down.

I’m drawn to landscapes, architecture, and the balance between nature and the built environment — places where structure and openness coexist. For me, photography is less about the image and more about observation: noticing light, proportion, negative space, and restraint.

Those quiet moments sharpen how I think about design and systems. Clarity often comes from what you choose not to add.

What I care about next

Looking ahead, I’m focused on helping organizations navigate complexity without losing momentum.

I do my best work in environments where the challenges aren’t neatly defined — where teams need clarity, alignment, and judgment as much as delivery. My goal is to help companies make better decisions earlier, reduce unnecessary friction, and build products and platforms that scale with intention.

When teams are aligned around the right problems, the work gets better — and the results tend to follow.
